Initial Comments:
An off-site follow-up survey conducted on December 6, 2022, found that Wilson's Around The Clock Home Health, had corrected the following deficiency cited under 28 Pa. Code, Health Facilities, Part IV, Chapter 611, Subpart H. Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries. The deficiency was cited as a result of an off-site state re-licensure survey conducted on October 6, 2022.
